钢丝绳芯阻燃输送带非正常磨损分析研究及应用 被引量:3

摘要 针对神东矿区矿井主运输系统带式输送机在用及历年煤矿用钢丝绳芯阻燃输送带进行调研,发现大部分上仓带式输送机输送带承载面、长距离大运量带式输送机输送带非承载面,存在非正常磨损现象,因输送带带面的非正常磨损而导致输送带使用寿命周期减少近40%。针对这两种非正常磨损情况,在广泛调研并参考相关材料的基础上,提出有针对性地增加输送带覆盖胶厚度,来延长输送带使用寿命周期,降低生产成本。 This paper introduce the situation and past records of steel cord fire resistant conveyor belting for coat mine in Shendong coal district, with the two kind of typical case abnormal abrasion of carrying surface and no-carrying surface of slope short-range conveyor and long-range conveyor, which make the conveyor belt' s life time short by 40% nearly. On basis of widely survey and related material. We give a very effective way to resolve these two typical fault of conveyor by add the upper cover colloid or under cover colloid to postpone the conveyor belt abrasion to extend the use life of conveyor belt, and lower the cost.
