Roux-en-Y胃肠旁路手术治疗2型糖尿病的现状

摘要 糖尿病（diabetes mellitus,DM）是一种严重危害人类健康的慢性代谢性疾病,久病可引起多系统功能损害,且发病率逐年上升,其中2型糖尿病占90%以上,内科并无根治性疗法,多需要终身服药维持,严重影响患者的生活、工作。
