摘要
某电站磨煤机磨辊发生断裂,为了查清断裂原因,对断裂磨辊进行化学、力学性能、金相分析,结果表明:热处理工艺控制不当使磨辊组织性能达不到要求,在运行工况中产生表面损伤,产生疲劳源,在长期交变载荷作用下导致断裂失效。
The grinding roller breakages of coal pulverizer occurred in a power station, in order to clarify the reason of breakages, the analysis was made trough chemistry, force, metallographic phase, the result shows that : The inappropriate controlling for heating processing causes the grinding roller hardly operating its function, the surface damage occurred during the operating condition, fatigue source originates from here, the breakages are caused under the influence of long period of overloading operations, hence lose its functions.
