近年来许多施工单位将眼光转向国外,开始对海外未知市场的探索与开发。文章结合实际,就海外工程项目的造价管理和成本控制的方法进行了探讨。
Recently many construction organizations begin to explore and develop the unknown overseas market. Based on practical cases, this essay discusses the construction costs management and cost control on overseas projects.
