分析了企业基层思想政治工作业绩考核评价机制的内涵和主要特征,指出新形势下充分认识思想政治工作业绩考核评价机制的重要意义,并提出要结合实际,注重实效,积极创新企业基层思想政治工作业绩考核评价机制。
This essay analyzes the content and main features of the performance assessment and evaluation of ideological and political work in the low-level personnel in entreprise. It points out the important meaning of a profound recogonization of the mentioned evaluation mechanism under a new conditions. As well, it puts up actively creating a new evaluation mechanism based on pratise and focused on effectiveness.
