摘要
通过对冲压模具的结构特点进行分析,结合模具在加工、装配、使用等方面要求,为提高模具在使用过程中正确性,设计了一种有效防止错误问题发生的防呆结构,最大限度地降低错误发生率,保障各个环节顺利有序进行,降低模具制造成本,延长模具使用寿命。
This paper aimed at the exploring the way of improving the manufacture efficiency and preventing the design errors. Through investigating on the characteristics of the stamping dies and combined with the requirements at machining, assembly and in productions, find an effective method to reduce the error occurring rate, protect all producing process running smooth and ordinary and at the same time reduce mold manufacturing costs, extend the life of mold.
