塑件公差修改的探究

注射模设计是一个全面系统的工程,进行注射模设计时必须考虑许多的细节工作,尤其对于结构较复杂、精度较高的塑件,这样才能保证塑件的结构、公差等级。本文主要通过对塑件公差修改进行总结和探究,提出对塑件修改的处理方法,以保证塑件设计的顺利和合理。

Injection mold design is a comprehensive and systematic project, in which a lot of details need to be considered, especially for those products with complex structure and high precision requirements, only a complete consideration can ensure a correct construction and a proper tolerance grade of the product. On the basis of the exploration and summarization of product tolerance modification, this thesis puts forward some solutions for modifying the product in order to make sure a smooth and appropriate mould designing.
