摘要
不锈钢由于其良好的机械性能和化学性能，在聚丙烯装置广泛使用。通过对聚丙烯装置不锈钢设备和部件失效的案例分析，指出了聚丙烯装置不锈钢设备的失效风险，提出了聚丙烯装置不锈钢设备防护建议，对聚丙烯装置的安全运行有重大的现实意义。
The stainless equipments is widely used in the PP plant because of good mechanical and chemical performance. Through the analysis of the failure cases of stainless steel equipments in PP plant, put forward suggestions on the protection of stainless steel equipments, which is important to the safety of PP plant.
