优化特种设备技术工艺流程保障修造船行业的安全生产

Optimize the Technical Process of Special Equipment Guarantee the Working Safety of Shipbuilding and Repairing Industry

目前我国的安全生产形势依然严峻，特别是一些重工业，如矿山、建筑、修造船等行业重特大事故时有发生。本文主要讲述了特种设备安全管理技术，安全监管监察体系技术和工艺流程优化技术等三个方面的技术支撑在修造船行业的生产中的应用，以及它们在保障此行业安全生产所发挥的作用的探讨，目的是与在船舶行业从事安全技术支撑研究的人员的一次交流与探讨，以及提高船舶行业安全生产管理水平，减少和预防安全事故的发生，保障工人生命和财产的安全。

Presently working safety production is still grim in our country, especially there are serious accidents occurring constantly in some heavy industries, such as mining, construction, shipbuilding and other industries. This theory mainly narrated the use of equipment safety management technology, the safety supervisory system of technology and process optimization technology which be as three aspects of technical support in shipbuilding and repairing industry, and discussed the impact of such aspects in working safety protection in this industry. The aim of the article is an exchange and discussion with the staffs who research and engaged in security technology to support the shipbuilding industry, and in order to improve the level of safety management in shipbuilding industry, reduce and prevent the occurrence of safety accidents, safeguarding workers＇ life and property.
