水处理氯消毒自动监控报警系统

Chloric Disinfection of Water Treatment Process Automatic Monitoring Alarm System

氯气自动监控报警系统是针对水处理过程氯泄漏问题所研制的。该系统以恒电位电解式传感器为检测前端,以MSP430F149单片机作为核心处理芯片,设计恒电位电路,信号调理电路,二阶报警电路,控制电路及人机监控界面。系统测量范围为0～20 ppm(1 ppm=10-6),测量精度达到0.1 ppm.通过实验测试,自动监测系统达到预期的要求,可广泛应用于化工,制药,造纸,水处理等作业现场,能够满足监控的需求。

Chlorine automatic monitoring alarm system was proposed in order to solve the problem of chlorine gas leak in water treatment.The system used the constant potential electrolysis sensor for the detection of the front,and the core processing chip of which was based on microcontroller MSP430F149.This paper designed constant potential circuit,signal conditioning circuit,firstorder and second-order alarm circuit,control circuit and human-machine control interface.The measurement range of the device is from 0 to 20 ppm,the measurement accuracy reach to 0.1 ppm.The test results show that the automatic monitoring and warning system can reach the expected targets,meanwhile,can meet the real monitoring and controlling application in chemical industry,pharmacy,paper making industry and water treatment industry.
