抗恶劣环境的监测系统的设计

摘要 针对进行工业现场状态监测与故障诊断可能面临的恶劣环境,设计了一种新型的抗多种干扰的监测系统,以实现工业现场的无人值守在线可靠监测。该系统以PIC16F616单片机为控制核心,工作于恶劣环境下实时采集各类反映设备状态的参数,并将参数转换为激光信号,由危险区域传递到安全区域。文中在进行硬件与软件设计的同时,充分考虑其设计如何克服恶劣环境各种因素带来影响,提高系统抗干扰能力以及可靠性。应用结果表明,该系统运行可靠,达到设计要求。 For the terrible environment with which the industrial equipments'state supervision and fault diagnosis may be faced,a new type of anti-interferences monitoring system was designed to provide reliable unattended monitoring.Under the terrible environment,all kinds of status parameters were acquired by the system based on PIC16F616 microcontroller and passed from dangerous field to safe field in laser communication.In order to improve anti-interference ability and system reliability,in the hardware and software design,this paper fully considered how to overcome the effects caused by various factors.Application results show that this system is stable and in accord with the design requirement.
