摘要
设计了面向高速主轴的圆度检测的接触式测量系统。基于采样截面系统传感器点数影响到测量精度和测量成本,介绍了基于全域插值理论的二次判别方法。实例验证了64点圆度的估计精度经济性和准确性最佳。
This paper designed roundness directly measurement system for high-speed spindle.Sensor points affected the measurement precision and measurement costs based on sampling section system.This paper introduced the quadratic discriminant method based on global interpolation theory,through the examples,it is proved the economy and the accuracy of estimation precision(that is 64 point roundness) is the best.
