高职院校校企合作、工学结合人才培养模式的探析

Research on School-enterprise Cooperation and Working-learning Combination Personnel Trainning Mode of Higher Vocational College

校企合作、工学结合的人才培养模式一直是职业教育工作者关注的热点。但这种模式在现阶段的实践过程中还存在很多制约因素。本文试对目前"校企合作、工学结合人才培养模式"在教学实践中存在的问题进行分析,并从改善教学条件、开办适用专业、合理设置课程、校企双方多种途径共同培养及健全法律法规等五方面提出了相应的解决方案。

Personnel traning mode based on school-enterprise cooperation and working-learning combination is the hotspot that most vocational education workers focus on. But in terms of the present practice, there are many restrict-ring factors on this mode. In this paper, the problems that existed in teaching practice based on ＂school-enterprise cooperation and working-leaming com-bination personnel trainning mode＂ is analysed, and the solutions from the aspect of improving teaching condition, setting up practicable spe- cialty, offering reasonable courses, training men for profession together by school and enterprise through multiple ways, and perfect leagal system is also put forward in this paper.
