α-硫辛酸治疗老年糖尿病周围神经病变疗效和安全性的临床观察 被引量:29

Clinical research on the efficacy and safety of alpha-lipoic acid in elderly patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy

摘要 目的评估α-硫辛酸治疗老年糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)的有效性及安全性。方法选取老年DPN患者60例,随机分为α-硫辛酸治疗组和甲钴胺对照组,每组各30例。在治疗前、治疗3周后分别进行神经症状总评分及测定神经传导速度测定并观察有无药物不良反应。结果两组患者治疗后与治疗前相比较神经症状总评分减少和神经传导速度测定加快,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后的症状总评分下降比对照组显著,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组患者治疗后神经传导速度测定比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组均未见明显药物不良反应。结论α-硫辛酸能有效且安全地治疗老年DPN,对老年DPN的阳性症状有良好的改善作用。 Objective To research the efficacy and safety of α-lipoic acid in the treatment of elderly patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy (DPN). Methods Sixty elderly patients with DPN were randomized into two groups with 30 cases in each. The treatment group received α-lipoic acid 600mg/d in normal saline 250 ml given by intravenous drip once a day for 3 weeks, and the control group was administered Mecobalamine 0. 5 mg by intravenous drip once a day for 3 weeks. Before treatment and after treatment, their total score of symptoms (TSS) and nerve conductive velocity were measured and compared. Results Compared with before treatment, the TSS was decreased and nerve conductive velocity was accelerated significantly after 3 weeks of treatment in both groups (all P〈0. 05). Compared with the control group, the TSS decrease of the treatment group was more obvious after treatment and the difference was significant in statistics. There was no significant difference in nerve conductive velocity between the two groups after the treatment. The side effects were not found in both groups. Conclusion Alpha lipoic acid is effective and safe in the treatment of elderly patients with DPN. It obviously improves the symptoms of the patients with DPN.
