摘要
为加速鉴别市售大米品牌和质量 ,以国内外大米为对象 ,针对碱消度法 ,在时间和碱浓度方面进行优化研究 ,最佳实验操作条件为 30℃ ,2 .2 %KOH溶液 ,恒温 5 .5h ,即可得到有代表性米样的碱消度图谱 ,从而可依图鉴定出米样是否为某品牌以及纯度 。
To fast differentiate quality and category of rice samples aiming at the alkali spending,the time and the concentration were studied and optmized. The best qualification was constant temperature at 30℃,dipping in 2.2%KOH solution for 5.5 hours,the alkali spending maps would be representative. Therefore,the quality of the sample could quikly be determined. This method gives the important bases and feasibility to quickly determine the quality of rice.
