半胱胺对仔猪增重及有关激素的影响

The Effect of Cysteamine on Liveweight Gain of Piglets and Relative Hormone

12 0头 45日龄的杜长大仔猪分成 2组 ,每组 3个重复 ,每个重复 2 0头。试验组喂以半胱胺 80mg/kgBW ,每周 1次 ,试验时间 40d。结果表明 ,试验组增重提高 1 2 .5 9% (P <0 .0 5 ) ,料重比下降 7.6 7% (P <0 .0 5 )。和对照组比较 ,试验组生长抑素 (SS)下降 5 6 .45 % (P <0 .0 5 ) ,而生长激素 (GH) ,T3 、T4 分别上升 1 36 .95 % ,2 6 .5 3% ,1 7.71 % (P <0 .0 5 )。

Duchangda piglets at the age of 45 days were divided into two groups in which there were 3 repeats each and 20 piglets in every repeat. The testing group was fed with 80 mg/kg BW cysteamine once per week for 40 days.The result showed that the liveweight gain was increased by 12.59%( P <0.05); the rate of feed and gain was decreased by 7.67( P < 0.05 ); the somatosain was decreased by 56.45( P <0.05); the growth hormone, T 3,T 4 were increased by 136.95%, 26.5%, 17.71% ( P <0.05) respectively compared with the control group.
