摘要
目的调查医院呼吸内科下呼吸道感染常见病原菌耐药状况。方法对2008-2010年呼吸内科患者送检痰标本分离培养用VITEK-2Compact微生物鉴定系统鉴定菌种和药敏试验,采用WHONET5.4版本软件对数据进行统计分析。结果共分离病原菌1150株,革兰阴性杆菌664株,占57.7%,主要为铜绿假单胞菌、不动杆菌属、克雷伯菌属、大肠埃希菌;革兰阳性球菌270株占23.5%,主要为金黄色葡萄球菌、凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌,216株,占18.8%;真菌主要为白色假丝酵母菌。结论呼吸内科感染病原菌耐药性较为严重,应不断加强耐药性监测,合理使用抗菌药物。
OBJECTIVE To investigate the drug resistance of the common pathogenic bacteria collected from patients with lower respiratory tract infections in department of respiratory medicine.METHODS The sputum samples of the patients in respiratory department from 2008-2010 were isolated and cultured,strain identification and drug susceptibility testing were carried out by VITEK 2 Compact microbiological assay system.Statistical analysis was processed using WHONET/5.4.RESULTS A total of 1150 strains of pathogens were isolated,including 664 strains(57.7%) of gram-negative bacilli,among which the most common pathogens were Pseudomonas aeruginosa,Acinetobacter baumannii,Klebsiella pneumoniae and Escherichia coli;270 strains(23.5%) of gram-positive cocci,among which the most common pathogens were Staphylococcus,and coagulase-negative Staphylococcus;and 216 strains(18.8%) of Fungi,among which the most were Candida albicans.CONCLUSION The drug resistance of pathogenic bacteria causing infections in department of respiratory medicine is serious.It is necessary to continuously monitor the drug resistance and use antibiotics rationally.
