慢性创面的病原菌调查分析

Pathogenic bacteria cultured from chronic wounds

目的了解慢性创面中感染的发生率及病原菌分布。方法采取回顾性调查的方法,对医院2010年8月-2011年10月收治的慢性创面感染患者创面病原学结果进行分析。结果在收治的117例患者中,有86例患者送检174份标本行创面病原菌培养,其中141份病原学检测阳性,阳性率为81.03%,141份阳性标本中,126份为单纯细菌感染,占89.36%,7份为单纯真菌感染,占5.56%,8份为合并细菌、真菌感染,占5.68%;共检出134株细菌,主要为大肠埃希菌、铜绿假单胞菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、粪肠球菌,分别检出24、18、18、13株,各占17.91%、13.43%、13.43%、9.70%,共检出16株真菌,主要为白色假丝酵母菌,占50.00%。结论细菌、真菌感染在慢性创面中的发生率极高,及时准确了解创面病原菌分布,利于有效控制感染,促进创面愈合。

OBJECTIVE To assess the incidence of chronic wound infections and species distribution of pathogenic bacteria cultured from chronic wounds.METHODS The pathogenic bacteria cultured from the wound of the patients with chronic wounds who enrolled in hospital from Aug 2010 to Oct 2011 were retrospectively analyzed.RESULTS Of 117 patients enrolled for the treatment,there were 174 samples from 86 patients that were submitted for bacteria culture,among which 141 samples were cultured positive with the positive rate of 81.03%;of 141 positive samples,there were 126 samples were with simple bacterial infection,accounting for 89.36%,7 samples with simple fungal infections,accounting for 5.56%,and 8 samples combined with bacterial and fungal infections,accounting for 5.68%;of 134 strains of pathogens isolated,Escherichia coli（24 strains）,Pseudomonas aeruginosa（18 strains）,Staphylococcus aureus（18 strains） and Enterococcus faecalis（13 strains） were the major pathogens,accounting for 17.91%,13.43%,13.43%,and 9.70%,respectively;there were totally 16 strains of fungi isolated,Candida albicans was the major species,accounting for 50.00%.CONCLUSION The incidence of the bacterial infections and fungal infections in the chronic wounds is high,a timely and accurate understanding of the species of the pathogens will be conducive to the effective control of infections and the promotion of the wound healing.
