摘要
织物在穿着使用和洗涤过程中 ,不断经受摩擦 ,使织物表面纤维端露出于织物 ,在织物表面呈现出毛茸 ,而形成起毛起球。为了解决这一问题 ,采用以涤纶纤维作芯纱 ,棉纤维包缠在外的复合纱 ;在编织过程中适当提高机号、保证相对湿度 ( 65%以上 )、加润滑剂 ;在染整过程中采用碱氧一浴法练漂工艺 ,严格控制降温速度 。
