摘要
职业教育校企合作既不能干扰职业学校的正常教学,也不能干扰企业的正常生产状态,这是职业教育校企合作应遵守的基本效率边界。要遵守这一边界,需要对职业学校与企业的责任进行划分,即学校职业教育应承担通用的知识与技能培养,企业专有的知识与技能的培养则需要企业自己承担或通过校企合作来完成。
The cooperation of schools and enterprises could not interfere the ordinary teaching of vocational schools, as well as the normal production status of enterprises, which is the basic boundary of efficiency in the cooperation. To abide by the boundary, the responsibility of vocational schools and enterprises should be divided: vocational schools should impart the general knowledge and skills; enterprises should train the proprietary knowledge and skills themselves or by the cooperation of schools and enterprises.
