摘要
开发用于纺织复合材料预浸料生产的计算机监控系统 ,主要介绍了这一系统所采用的现场总线控制模式 ,并以预浸料收卷张力控制为例 ,具体说明了现场总线控制系统的全分散的控制思想 .这不仅满足了系统快速响应的要求 ,而且从根本上保证了系统的可靠性 .
The article develops the computer supervisory control system for textile composite prepreg production,mainly introduces the control model of FCS adopted in this system.And it takes winding tension control for example to emphasize the entirely dispersed control thought of FCS.The control model satisfies the demand of quickresponse of the system and guarantees reliability of the system at all.
