过度运动性癫痫发作1例报道

摘要患者，女，52岁，因“反复发作性行走1w，发作性愣神半天”入院．患者1w前无明显诱因突然出现发作性持续绕圈行走，不能自己控制，持续0．5～1min后自行缓解，发作时神志清楚，无肢体麻木、无力，无头晕、头痛等不适，发作后诉四肢乏力，可回忆起发作全过程，
