摘要
分别采用水蒸气蒸馏法以及用石油醚为溶剂的索氏提取法提取香榧假种皮中的挥发油,并以GC-MS对挥发油中的化合物进行鉴定。在水蒸气提取物中鉴定出57个化合物,占其化学成分总含量的96.65%;石油醚提取物中鉴定出32个化合物,占其化学成分总含量的84.70%。两者共有成分有18种。结果表明,提取方法对于获得香榧假种皮挥发油中的化合物影响较大。
The essential oil from Torreya grandis CV.Merrilli episperm extracted by steam distillation and soxhelt method was analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS).The results showed that 57 compounds were identified in essential oil,which accounted for 96.65% of the total constituents.32 compounds were identified in petrol ether extract,which accounted for 84.70% of the total constituents.It was found that 18 compounds from 2 kinds of extracts were the same.As a result,extraction method had a great influence on the components of extracts.
