摘要
选用30个微卫星座位,对内蒙古绒山羊4个种群(阿尔巴斯、二狼山、乌珠穆沁、阿拉善)的176份样本进行遗传多样性检测,结果表明,内蒙古绒山羊4个群体均具有丰富的遗传多态性。4个种群的期望杂合度(He)、平均多态信息含量(PIC)和平均有效等位基因数(Ne)分别为0.735 4~0.783 2、0.623 6~0.639 1、2.57~4.92;阿尔巴斯绒山羊与二狼山绒山羊遗传距离较近;阿拉善绒山羊与乌珠穆沁绒山羊遗传距离则较近。此研究为开展内蒙古绒山羊种质特性研究及资源保护和利用提供了科学依据。
30 microsatellite loci of 176 Inner Mongolian cashmere goats from 4 populations(Aerbasi,Erlangshan,Ujimqin,Alashan) were detected for genetic diversity analysis.The results showed that the mean heterozygosity(He),mean polymorphism information contents(PIC) and mean effective number of alleles(Ne) of all populations were 0.735 4~0.783 2,0.623 6~0.639 1 and 2.57~4.92,respectively.The four goat populations were divided into two clusters and close genetic associations were found between Aerbasi and Erlangshan populations as well as between Alashan and Ujimqin populations.It could be used to the characteristics research,protection and utilization of Inner Mongolia cashmere goats.
