摘要
本文对橙汁饮料中强化Ｖｃ的含量进行了一年的跟踪研究，结果发现避光保存样品的Ｖｃ保存率为６１．４５％，见光保存样品的Ｖｃ保存率为５４．７３％。
This article is study on the change of fortified Vc in orange drink,the results are as forllows: the remaining percent of vitamin C of samples that avoiding light and being exposed to light are 61. 45 %and 54. 73 % respectively.
