权变管理理论在人力资源管理中的运用 被引量:2

摘要 纵观企业人力资源管理的发展历程可以发现,众多管理学家在不同的时代提出了各种不同的人力资源管理理论,每一种人力资源管理理论都在不同的时代背景下引领过潮流。随着知识经济时代的到来,企业人力资源管理面临的内外环境瞬息万变,在此背景下,权变管理理论逐渐获得了众多企业人力资源管理者的青睐,有关权变管理在人力资源管理中运用的研究渐成风潮。
