摘要 用数值方法研究轴向柱塞泵马达的柱塞自转速度对柱塞副油膜承载能力的影响.用多重网格法求解油膜压力分布,用辛普森公式计算压力的积分,讨论了供油压力、主轴转速、往复运动速度等参数改变时,柱塞自转速度对油膜承载能力的影响.结果表明,自转造成的动压效应不是油膜承载能力的最主要部分;高压情况下,自转对承载能力影响不大,低压高速情况下,自转的影响显著;柱塞倾斜导致自转对承载能力的贡献较小. The influence of piston spin velocity on the load capacity of film at piston-cylinder interface in piston pump and motor was examined by numerical methods.Multigrid method was used to accelerate the convergence speed.The loading forces and moments were calculated under different work conditions with the change of supply pressure,velocity of shaft,reciprocating velocity of piston,etc.The results show that the influence of piston spin on load capacity is not notable in high speed and high pressure pump and motors,but is not negligible under low pressure condiditions.The reason why spin does not make as much contribution to load capacity as sliding bearing is that the piston is always tilting in the cylinder bore.
