摘要
目的检测人非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)组织及癌旁组织中Ki-67和Livin的表达情况,并分析两者的相关性。方法采用免疫组织化学过氧化物酶标记的链霉卵白素染色法(SP法)分别检测NSCLC组织和癌旁组织中Ki-67和Livin的表达水平。结果 NSCLC中Ki-67蛋白表达的总阳性率(72.2%)显著高于其在癌旁组织中的表达(15.4%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),Ki-67蛋白在NSCLC中的表达与NSCLC的分化程度、临床分期及淋巴结转移情况有关(P<0.05);Livin蛋白在肺癌组织中阳性表达率(66.7%)显著高于癌旁组织的阳性表达率(23.1%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),Livin在NSCLC中的表达与淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05)。Ki-67表达与Livin表达呈正相关(r=0.439,P<0.01)。结论 Ki-67、Livin在NSCLC中表达增高,Ki-67与Livin在NSCLC中的表达呈正相关。
Objective To detect the expression of Ki-67 and Livin proteins in NSCLC and pericarcinomatous tissues,and investigate the correlation between the expression level of Ki-67 and Livin in NSCIC tumor tissues.Methods The expression of Ki-67 and Livin proteins was detected by streptavidin peroxidase immunohistochemistry method in 54 cases of NSCLC and 13 pericarcinomatous tissues.Expression of these proteins was analyzed for correlation with clinical pathological factors.Results The total positive rate of Ki-67 protein in NSCLC(72.2%) was significantly higher than that in pericarcinomatous tissues(15.4%),and the difference was statistically significant(P0.05).High expression of Ki-67 was associated with grade,stage and lymph node metastasis(P0.05).The total positive rate of Livin proteins in NSCLC(66.7%) was significantly higher than that in pericarcinomatous tissues(23.1%),and the difference was statistically significant(P0.05).High expression of Livin was associated with lymph node metastasis(P0.05).There was a significantly positive correlationship between Ki-67 expression and Livin expression in NSCLC(r= 0.439,P0.01).Conclusion Ki-67 and Livin proteins are highly expressed in NSCLC.There is a significantly positive correlation between Ki-67 expression and Livin expression in NSCLC.
