摘要
目的探讨甲状旁腺病变的超声表现以提高诊断水平。方法回顾性分析经手术和病理证实的甲状旁腺病变26例,其中甲状旁腺腺瘤22例,甲状旁腺囊肿2例,甲状旁腺增生1例,甲状旁腺癌1例。结果甲状旁腺病变26例中,18例彩超诊断为甲状旁腺病变,8例误诊为甲状腺病变。结论超声检查对甲状旁腺病变的诊断具有重要临床价值。
Objective To improve the diagnositic accuracy by exploring ultrasonographic findings of parathyroid neoplasms.Methods 26 patients with parathyroid pathological changes were analysed retrospectively.22 cases were parathyroid adenoma,two cases were parathyroid cyst,one case was parathyroid hyperplasia,another one was parathyroid cancer.All cases were confirmed with surgery and pathology.Results Among 26 cases with parathyroid pathological changes,18 cases were diagnosed parathyroid pathological changes,8 cases were diagnosed thyroid pathological changes.Conclusion Ultrasound is of clinical significance in the diagnosis of parathyroid pathological changes.
