厌恶合并内隐致敏法治疗16例性变态的临床观察

The combination of aversion,covert sensitization and positive stimulation in the treat ment of 16 sexual deviation

本文采用电刺激厌恶疗法合并内隐致敏法治疗16例不同类型性变态患者。近期疗效6例临床痊愈,5例显好,5例好转。随访观察疗效仍较满意。

16 cases of various sexual deviation,including 4 exhibitionism(ES),3Voyeurism(VS),2 frottage(FT),6 homosexuality(HS) and 1 transvestitism(TS) were treated byelectric aversion in combination with covert sensitization and normal sexual stimulation.Theshort-term effects were rather favourable 6 recovered(3 ES,2 VS,1 FT),5 markedlyimproved(1 ES,1 VS,1 FT,1 TS,1 HS)and 5 improved(5 HS),The authors discussed the condi-tions required for these favourable outcome.
