研究发现,一些期刊一号多刊违反了一号一刊的规定,未对新增期刊申请新刊号,为逃避新闻出版署的检查,把频次标识为ⅹ月上旬、ⅹ月上半、A、下半月刊等形式,而不按实际发行情况标识旬刊、半月、月刊等形式,以及以月代期。一些期刊出版不遵守封面标识的有关规定,刊名不突出,或作夸大宣传,误导读者,外文刊未标识中文刊名。刊期标识也未遵循有关规定,较多期刊以月代期或不标识刊期;较多的期刊对月份的标识执行不力,未标识月的高达29.6%;对卷号的标识仅19.4%;部分期刊以总刊期代替刊期、卷号、年份、月份、频次。频次的标识,按发行实际正确标识的仅14.8%。标识的数字标准还有待统一,有标中文的和外文,而不是阿拉伯数字。调查的结果表明,期刊封面标识出版的有关规定执行并不乐观,还需要共同努力,提高期刊的综合出版质量。

Research Indicate that in order to avoid the examination of the Press and Publication Administration,a number of violations of one published a regulation,not to the new journal for publication,the frequency is identified as＂ the first ten days of a month,＂ the first fifteen days of a month＂,A,＂ the last fifteen days of a month＂,and other forms,not according to the actual issuance mark affairs,half moon,monthly and other forms.Some journals published did not comply with the relevant provisions of the cover mark,not outstanding,or exaggerated propaganda,misleading the reader,not at the same time mark of Chinese and foreign language journal.Journal of marking also did not follow related requirements,more journals monthly generation period or not marked the publication period;many journals on the month mark poor implementation,does not identify the month of up to 29.6%;The volume number identifies only 19.4%;Part of journals in total publication period instead of journal,volume number,year,month,frequency.Frequency identification,according to the actual issue correctly identified only 14.8%.Identification of digital standard remains to be unified,have standard Chinese and foreign language,instead of Arabia digital.The investigation showed,periodical front cover logo published relevant provisions are not optimistic,but also need to work together to improve periodical quality,comprehensive publishing.
