Research on the Management of Student Library Assistant Program in Yunnan Normal University

在学习和借鉴国内外高校图书馆学生馆员管理经验的同时,结合云南师范大学学生馆员管理实际,交流和探讨了勤工助学学生馆员招聘、培训和管理等相关管理方法。对勤工助学学生管理具有很好的借鉴作用。

Trends of the work of university library was reviewed in this paper.Using the successful experiences of some foreign countries as the reference,this paper exchange of views and puts forward some effective measures to invite applications,train,manage,and so on,base on the Yunnan Normal University Library＇ s student library assistant program.Studies on student library assistant program would have important significance to management part-time students.
