正确的选择体育设施项目融资模式对成功完成项目建设具有重要意义。介绍了几种融资模式及FAHP的基本原理和数学模型的建立,给出了模糊互补判断矩阵的建立方法、权重公式及判断矩阵的一致性检验方法。考虑到影响因素较多且获取的信息无法用自然语言表达出来,具有模糊性的特点,将层次分析法和模糊决策理论结合起来,建立了项目融资模式选择的模糊层次评价模型,对一个实例进行综合评价排序得出最佳方案,为投资者选择合适的体育设施项目融资模式提供一种有效的方法。

It＇s important for finishing the building of infrastructure project by selecting project financing model appropriately.A brief int roduction to the basic theory of FA HP is presented and a mathematical model of fuzzy analytic hierarchy process is built,then the building method of fuzzy complementary judgment mat rix,the formula of weight and the consistency check method of judgment mat rix are given.and applies it for a case to get the best financing model,Considering the information of the factors are fuzzy,this passage builds the model of Fuzzy-Analytic Hierarchy Progress for selecting financing model by associating AHP with fuzzy decision theory,and applies it for a case to get the best financing model,so that it provides an effective method for the investor to select the best infrastructure project financing model.
