科学发展观视野下民生体育观的实质及其当代意义

Research on the Essence and Contemporary Significance in the Viewpoint of People's Livelihood Sports Based on the Background of Scientific Concept of Development

民生体育观以科学发展观、休闲社会的生活方式以及北京奥运主题为现实背景。其实质是对竞技体育观的超越,并由"生命在于运动"所支撑的大众体育的普及。民生体育观对于体育事业的发展、全民健身乃至和谐社会的建设具有重要意义。

In this paper,I propose the viewpoint of People＇s livelihood sport which is based on the background of scientific concept of development,leisured style of social life and the theme of Beijing Olympic Games.In essence,it is a kind of transcendence to the viewpoint of arenic sports.Also it is universalized by popular sports which supported by the spirit that life rests in sports.The viewpoint of People＇s livelihood sports plays an important role in development of sports enterprise,civilian gymnastics and the construction of harmonious society.
