AHP在构建高校体育教师培训指标体系中的应用研究

AHP Teacher Training in the Construction of Sports in the Application of Index System

通过应用AHP(层次分析法)、问卷调查等研究方法,构建了高校体育教师培训指标体系,包括准则层5个指标、子准则层14个指标和方案层44个指标。根据专家咨询所提供的判断矩阵,求出各层因素的权重,最后确定了各项指标重要性的排序,为教师培训机构提供理论依据。

Through the application of AHP（analytic hierarchy process）,the method of questionnaire and so on,construction of college physical education teacher training index system,including 5 first class indexes,14 level two indexes and 44 level three indexes.According to expert advice provided by the judgment matrix,and each factor＇s weight,finally got the indicators in order of importance,and provide a theoretical basis for the teacher training agency.
