改良彭氏Ⅱ型捆绑式吻合技术在基层医院应用体会

Experience in the application of modified Peng's binding technique Ⅱ on pancreaticojejunostomy in the primary hospital

目的探讨基层医院开展改良彭氏Ⅱ型捆绑式胰肠吻合术在防止胰漏、减少并发症方面的临床价值。方法对9例患者采用改良彭氏Ⅱ型捆绑式吻合技术行一期胰十二指肠切除术。结果所有9例患者手术存活率100%,无胰漏、胆漏、腹腔出血等并发症。结论改良彭氏Ⅱ型捆绑式吻合技术能有效预防胰肠吻合口漏,值得在基层医院开展。

Objective To evaluate the clinical value of Modified Peng＇s binding technique Ⅱ on pancreaticojejunostomy to prevent the complications such as pancreatic leakage and so on in primary hospitals. Methods From July 2003 to Nov 2010, 9 patients underwent pancreaticojejunostomy with the Modified Peng＇s binding technique Ⅱ. Results 9 patients were all successfully cured, and the survival rate was 100%. There were no complications such as pancreatic leakage, bile fistula, secondary intraabdominal bleeding etc. Conclusion It is shown that Modified Peng＇s binding technique Ⅱ on pancreaticojejunostomy is effective to prevent pancreaticojejunostomy leak and worth carrying out in primary hospitals.
