儿童哮喘吸入治疗依从性影响因素调查分析

The analysis of influencing factors of the compliance of asthma in inspiration treatment in children

目的调查和分析儿童哮喘激素吸入治疗依从性的影响因素。方法对126例激素吸入治疗依从性差的哮喘患儿进行调查,分析其依从性的影响因素。结果 126例哮喘患儿中断治疗或不正规用药,影响其依从性因素依次为担心药物副作用(占32.54%);怀疑医师诊断(占23.81%);嫌治疗烦琐和漫长(占19.84%);吸入方法不当(占8.73%);经济原因(占4.76%)等。结论儿童哮喘吸入治疗依从性受多方面因素影响,应采取积极干预措施以提高患儿用药的依从性。

Objective To investigate and analyze the influencing factors of compliance in inspiration hormone of asthma in children. Methods A survey was conducted in 126 cases with low compliance in inspiration hormone and an anlysis was done statistically in search for the cause of the poor compliance. Results The treatment of the 126 cases was interrupted or with non - standardized medication. The influ- encing factors of the compliance were as the following ： worry about drug side - effects （ 32.54% ） ; doubts on the diagnosis of doctors （ 23. B1% ） ; dislike of the tediousness and the long duration of the treatment（ 19.84% ） ; the inappropriate method in inspiration（8.73% ） ; the e- conomic reasons（4.76% ） , etc. Conclusion The compliance is influenced by various factors in inspiration treatment of asthma in children. Comprehensive interventions should be taken actively to improve the compliance of medication in children.
