Descriptive report of 3 male to female transsexualism in China

本文报告三例男性易性别癖,均为未婚成年人,他们都具有持续改变本身性别解剖生理特征达到转换性别的强烈愿望,其中二例已自行切割了自己的阴茎和睾丸,并为不能实施改变性别术而苦恼。国内男性易性别癖极为罕见,通过本文报告,望有关专家对此社会问题给以关注。

The authors made the first descriptive report of three male to femaletranssexualism in China.Two of them administered self cut off of penis and testes after a longtime urgency for an alterative operation to the opposite sex but failed since there isup-to-now no such operation offered lawfully in China.The remained one with female dres-sing also urged to ask such operation and had admitted suicide several times when there wasno response to his earnestly demand.The auhors ask all related to discuss an accepted andpractical treatment for this kind of pschosexual disorder.
