化瘀消瘤方联合OLF方案治疗晚期胃癌的临床观察

Clinical observation on Huayu Xiaoliu Fang combined with chemotherapy in advanced gastric cancer

目的探讨活血化瘀治法配合化疗治疗晚期胃癌的临床效果。方法 46例晚期胃癌患者随机分为对照组和观察组,2组均给予OLF(奥沙利铂+CF+5-Fu)方案化疗,观察组加服化瘀消瘤方并随证加减。2个化疗周期后观察疗效。结果 2组近期疗效比较无显著性差异(P>0.05),但化瘀消瘤方加减配合化疗可较好改善胃癌患者临床症状,显著降低血瘀证证候积分,提高生活质量,稳定并增加体质量,提高机体免疫功能,改善血液的高凝状况,减轻血液、消化系统及脱发、周围神经损害等毒副反应。结论化瘀消瘤方加减配合OLF方案治疗晚期胃癌疗效明显,具有增效减毒作用。

Objective It is to observe the clinical effect of promoting blood circulation for removing blood stasis combined with chemotherapy in treatment of advanced gastric cancer. Methods Forty-six patients with advanced gastric cancer were randomly divided into two groups, 23 patients in treated group were administered with Huayu Xiaoliu Fang and chemotherapy （ OLF regimen） , 23 patients in control group with chemotherapy alone. Objective effects and the changes of subjective symptoms were observed after two periods of treatment. Results After two periods of treatment, there was no significant difference in the therapeutic effect between both groups. But the subjective symptoms, KPS, body weights, immune parameters, and highcoagulate state were all significantly improved with little side effects in treated group, and were better than that in control group. Conclusion Huayu Xiaoliu Fang combine with OLF chemotherapy regimen have better curative effect and with little side effect in treating advanced gastric cancers.
