摘要
目的研究玉屏风散对免疫抑制小鼠口咽部甲型链球菌的调节作用,揭示玉屏风散防治反复上呼吸道感染的机制。方法通过腹腔注射环磷酰胺及氨苄西林钠建立免疫抑制小鼠上呼吸道菌群失调模型,灌胃给玉屏风散后,检测小鼠口咽部优势菌甲型链球菌的密集度。结果玉屏风散对免疫抑制小鼠口咽部甲型链球菌的生长有促进作用。结论玉屏风散防治反复上呼吸道感染的机制之一是促进口咽部优势菌甲型链球菌的生长,以维持上呼吸道微生态平衡,增强免疫力。
Objective It is to observe the regulating effects and mechanism of Yupingfeng powder on α - hemolytic streptococcus in oropharyngeal ecosystem of immunosuppression mice induced by cyclophosphamide. Methods The models of mice with upper respiratory tract dysbacteriosis were established by intraperitoneal injected cyclophosphamide, and then the animals were encountered intragastric administration for Yupingfeng powder. The predominant flora concentrated degree of α - hemolytic streptococcus in oral pharynx of mice were observed. Results The growth of α - hemolytic streptococcus in oropharyngeal ecosystem'of immunosuppression mice was remarkably increased after treatment with Yupingfeng powder. Conclusion One mechanism of Yupingfeng powder controls upper respiratory tract infection may be to promote growth of beneficial bacteria, recover the micro-ecology balance of upper respiratory, and enhance immunity.
