摘要
针对国内缺乏可计量性建模理论技术的情况,首先参考可测试性相关性模型的理论技术提出了基于相关性模型的装备可计量性设计流程,归纳了装备可计量性的研究内容;然后分析了建立装备可计量性相关性模型的可行性;接着以某型通用ATS模拟子系统为例建立了系统信息流有向图。进一步,针对系统结构复杂、多量值校准的现实情况,详细建立了系统多信号流图模型、生成了相关性矩阵、简单分析了系统可计量性,初步验证了模型的实用性及科学性。相关性模型的探索对装备可计量性的建模理论技术的发展有一定的参考意义。
Aiming at the lack of measurability modeling theory and technology inland, firstly, with reference to the theory and technology of testability dependency model, the measurability design process of equipment based on depend- ency model was proposed and the research contents of measurability were summarized. Then the feasibility of establishment of measurability dependency model was analyzed, and the information flow model of a general ATS analog subsystem was built. Further, for the complex system architecture and multi-value calibration, the multi-signal model was established in detail, the dependency matrix was set up, the measurability was analyzed, and the practicality and scientific character of the model was primarily validated. The exploration of the model is of great reference meaning for develop- ment of the theory and technology of measurability.
