摘要
通过试验研究和力学行为分析确定大粒径沥青碎石作为下面层的设计方法,包括路面材料组成设计和路面结构设计两个方面.对四种不同级配的大粒径沥青碎石进行路用性能和力学性能试验,通过性能的对比选择一种综合性能较优的级配材料.拟定沥青路面结构形式并采用不同厚度的大粒径沥青碎石作为下面层,对路面结构进行力学计算并分析其力学行为.通过试验研究,推荐综合性能较好的ATB-30作为大粒径沥青碎石下面层;通过对路面结构的力学行为分析,推荐大粒径碎石下面层的合理厚度为10~11cm.
The paper studies the design methods of large-stone asphalt mixes as under layer of asphalt pavement. It in- dudes material design and structural design. The research on optimum design of large-stone asphalt mixes material is based on a lot of laboratory experiment. The aim of these experiments is to get the material with best properties by com- parative study on the pavement performance and mechanical properties of the large-stone asphalt mixes. The structural design methods include that the structure type is assumed and the thickness of the under layer of asphalt pavement of LSM is given by mechanical analysis. As a result, the ATB-30 as better comparative properties and 10-11 cm as the reasona- ble thickness is recommended.
