貉血清铜锌含量检测的研究

Research of Serum Copper and Zinc Contents in Raccoon Dog

为研究貉的营养价值,采用火焰原子吸收光谱法对貉血清中的铜锌含量进行了测定。结果表明,貉血清中含有丰富营养价值的微量元素铜和锌。

To determine serum copper and zinc content and research nutrition value in raccoon dog, the content of copper and zinc was determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry. The results showed that copper and zinc content could be determined according to this way. It concluded the nutrition value of serum copper and zinc was existing.
