摘要
主要介绍了模糊智能控制技术在莱钢冷轧酸再生焙烧炉控制系统中的应用。模糊控制技术克服了常规的PID温度控制在实际生产过程中控制效果不理想、存在着系统超调量大、响应时间长、抗干扰能力弱等缺点,硬件系统采用西门子S7-300 PLC控制系统,实现了Fuzzy-PID复合控制,克服了单一PID控制的缺点,使炉温控制取得较为理想的控制效果,解决了生产过程中的温度波动现象,性能稳定、可靠。
The application of fuzzy intelligent control technique in the control system of baking furnace for regeneration of the cold rolling acid was mainly in troduced. The fuzzy control technique overcame the disadvantages of the non-ideal control effects of PID temperature control in the actual production process such as big overshoot, long response time and weak anti-interference ability, and by using siemens S7-300 PLC control system as the hardware system, the Fuzzy-PID combined control was realized, overcoming the disadvantages of single PID control, obtaining an ideal control effect for the temperature control of the furnace, and solving the temperature fluctuation in the production process, thus, the combined control system had the stable and reliable performances.
