2500t锻造水压机柱塞压紧结构技术改进

摘要 针对2500t锻造水压机工作缸柱塞压套、压兰易损坏的现象,进行了系统的分析,将压兰设计为弧形垫结构,并在压套外围增加固定板,提高了压套、压兰的使用寿命。 Aiming at the easy damage status for the pressure shell and pressure flange in the plunger of working cylinder of 2 500 t forging hydraulic press,the systematic analysis was carried out. The pressure flange was designed as a radial pad structure, moreover the fixed plate outside the pressure shell was added, then the service lifes of pressure shell and pressure flange were improved.
