摘要
20CrMnTiH钢是用于生产齿轮钢的渗碳用钢,要求具有较好的淬透性及较窄的淬透性带。以大量的实际测试数据为基础,分别研究电炉和转炉冶炼的20CrMnTiH钢的化学成分、组织性能及淬透性,并对齿轮钢的质量现状作出分析。
Steel 20CrMnTiH is one kind of carburizing steel for gear wheel, requiring a better hardenability and a narrow hardenability band. Based on the plenty of practical testing data, the chemical components, microstructure, properties and hardenability of Steel 20CrMnTiH smelted by electric furnace and converter were studied, and the analysis of the quality situation of gear steel also was carried out.
