光度法联合测定钛铁中的钛、硅、锰、磷、铜、镍 被引量:1

摘要 在使用化学分析方法分析钛铁中Ti、Si、Mn、P、Cu、Ni元素时,需要多次称样、多次溶样、多次测定,操作复杂繁琐,分析速度慢。本方法用碱性混合熔剂熔融,热水浸取酸化定容后,分取试液,调节各元素的酸度,分别用过氧化氢光度法测定钛、硅钼蓝光度法测定硅、高碘酸盐光度法测定锰、铋磷钼蓝光度法测定磷、双环己酮草酰二腙光度法测定铜、丁二酮肟光度法测定镍等联合快速测定法,真正实现了一次称样、一次溶样多元素联合测定,提高工作效率五倍多,且操作方便,分析结果令人满意。 During the analysis on elements of Ti, Si, Mn, P, Cu, Ni in ferrotitanium by chemical analysis, there were many repeated operations in the analysis process such as multiple weighing and dissolving of the sample, many times of determination, thus, the operation was too complex and the analysis speed was too slow. For this method in the paper, the sample was melted by alkaline mixed flux, leached by hot water, and after acidification and fixing, the reagent was taken separately and the acidity of each element was adjusted, then, the titanium was determined by hydrogen peroxide spectrometry, the silicon was determined by silicon molybdenum blues spectrophotometry, the manganese was determined by periodate spectrophotometry, the phosphorus was determined by bismuth phosphorus molybdenum spectrophotometry, the copper was determined by bis(cyclohexanone) oxalyldihydrazone spectrophotometry, the nickel was determined by dimethylglyoxime spectrophotometry. The combined determination of multi elements by one-step weighing and dissolving was really realized, and the method could bring a saving of time and labour, a convenient operation and a satisfying analysis result.
