摘要
通过对比不同中间退火厚度对1235合金双零铝箔坯料成品力学性能的影响,找出了合适的中间退火厚度;并确定了最佳中间退火制度;通过合理控制铁硅比及适当降低铁含量,可显著降低1235合金双零铝箔坯料成品的抗拉强度,生产出满足用户要求的双零铝箔坯料。
A suitable thickness of intermediate annealing was found out by comparing the effects of different thickness on the mechanical properties of 1235 aluminum foil stock,and the best intermediate annealing system was determined as well.Through the rational control of iron and silicon ratio and reducing of iron content,the tensile strength of 1235 alloy stock can be significantly reduced,and the produced foil stocks can meet the requirements of the user.
