摘要
通过对新钢第一炼钢厂开发优质准沸腾钢实践过程中出现的铸坯针状气孔和钢水流动性差的原因进行分析,结果表明,钢水中氧含量是主要影响因素。通过优化精炼工艺,顶渣控氧,以及对各工艺环节中氧含量精确控制,达到有效控制铸坯针状气孔的目的,为该类型钢的批量生产做好技术储备。
The reason of caused needle-shaped blowhole and poor fluidity of liquid steel in pseudo rimmed steel was investigated.the result shows that oxygen in molten steel was main factor for this.It can improve billet quality,by using optimizing refining process,control oxygen in top slag and accuracy control oxygen in LD-LF-RH process.It achieve technical reserves for the mass production of this steel as well.
