摘要
佐剂可以增强机体对抗原的免疫应答反应,可以显著增强疫苗的免疫效果。综述了在兽用疫苗研究领域中常用的免疫佐剂,并对佐剂的发展趋势作了展望。
Adjuvant can improve the body＇s immune response to antigen and play an extremely important role to enchance vaccine effect.In accordance with consulting lots of Chinese and English literature,we review the research progress of the vaccine adjuvants commonly used in veterinary and prospect the development trend of the veterinary vaccine.
